Introduction
The Federation of Apartment Owners Associations (FAOA) Sohna is a registered, non-political platform that brings together Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), Apartment Owners Associations (AOAs), builder floors, and individual flat owners across Sohna. We believe in strength through unity and transparency through collaboration.
What We Do
FAOA Sohna works to resolve common challenges faced by residents—be it delayed builder handovers, poor civic infrastructure, lack of transparency, or inadequate services. We facilitate communication between societies and government authorities, provide guidance on legal matters, and empower individual residents to have a voice.
Why We Exist
Many residents feel unheard or isolated in their housing societies. FAOA bridges that gap by connecting you to a larger community of like-minded citizens. Whether your society has an AOA or not, you can still be part of the movement to improve civic life in Sohna.
